Change Management
‘The Bridge Oxford’ contracted with Ethica Consulting to help the Chief Executive and staff team through a period of change, whilst a protracted tendering process and contract negotiations were taking place. The staff and Chief Executive received external supervision for reflective practice and to adjust to changes, and help was given with policy writing and development to ensure all those involved were given the best opportunity to manage the changes when they happened.

Organisational Reviews
An Ethica Consulting external reviewer will be objective, and be able to see ‘the wood for the trees’ in a way that many organisations cannot. Our consultants can make useful and practical recommendations to help the organisation make decisions about service improvements and developments.

Facilitated Awaydays:

Policy Development
Ethica Consulting has written a variety of policies and procedures including a Staff Handbook and a Trustees Induction Pack.
